unnamedAfrican-Americans have a weight problem. As a matter of fact we are suffering an obesity epidemic. With this in mind there is no wonder that products such as Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig have become popular and an economic gold mine. Thats why iTrackBites is the app of the week.

iTrackBites is an app that does for a one time fee of $3.99 what the popular Weight Watchers app does for $19.95 a month. By using this app instead of Weight Watchers the consumer will save $235.41 to 229.40 a year and while getting the same benefits.

iTrackBites Pocket Guide and United States Departent of Agriculture (USDA) are the default databases to search foods the user eats and add them to your daily log. Other databases are available for an additional fee. Once you find the food the app automatically assigns a point value. You can also create your own foods and points value. iTrack Bites also offers;

  • A beer data base in the app.
  • A physical activities tracker.
  • A bar code scanner and calculator to find food value points.

Its not wonder when asked about the app the people at Weight Watchers has no comment.
