It isn’t often that we offer an app that is is only meant for women. But many busy women struggle to find time for work, family and a good workout. That is why Nike+ Training Club is the App of the Week.
Trying to fit in a good work out can be a struggle. It seems there is simply not enough time in the day. Well Nike has taken on the challenge of finding that time for busy women.
You can use the Nike+ Training Club app to get your workouts done whenever you have the time be it in your own home or hotel room.
The app offers over 100 workout videos by Nike trainers and superstar athletes. The videos actually lets you see what to do without the hassle of going to a gym. Nike uses top athletes and even celebrities to demonstrate their workout routine. Singer Ellie Goulding has a 15 minute work out session that she produced with Nike.
Women of any athletic level can workout using the same moves as:

The user can select from three levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. Y0u can also select from several goals that include;

- A Nike+ Training Club feed to get motivation from trainers, athletes and friends.
- Take on the Workout of the Week and conquer new challenges.
- Take photos, customize them and share your workouts.
- New navigation design for easy access to your N+TC essentials.
- NikeFuel, a measure of how much you move, earned automatically syncs to your Nike+ Profile.
Nike+Training Club app is available free for both Apple and Android devices.
